What is that all about?
Assessment centres can be used to filter the vast to the few, or they can be used to give a realistic job preview or some as it seems a more like a bitter fight to the end. Here is why we run them here. If you are coming along we would love your feedback at the end on your form if we have made true on our promise here.
What is the benefit for you?
- You are on a level playing field as soon as the session starts, everyone is doing the same exercises and being measured on the same thing. Where you come from and what you have done becomes irrelevant.
- This is a chance to showcase your skills and increase your chances of being hired. So bring your A-Game.
- You experience the company more, you meet more people, you get an idea of the type of people we consider, you spend more time with us, you see the office. Soak it all in, it’ll help you work out if you want to work with us every day.
- Do you like the role of a recruitment consultant? You’ve experienced the job after doing the day. If you didn’t enjoy the event, you won’t enjoy the job. Don’t accept an offer we give you if you didn’t like what we do here. You are only going to be successful in recruitment if you really want to do.
- You have been properly assessed. Although they can be nerve racking to do, exercises, assessments, group work and even role plays they help us make the right decision. Because we want to invest thousands and thousands of dollars in your training. We want you to have an offer from us knowing that we have made an informed decision.
- We have multiple roles across the business this helps you be considered for all of them in one process
