ROLE INFO:
This is an initial 6-month contract (C2C or W2), that could potentially result in extensions.

COMPANY:
Working for a leading Fixed Income provider that manages over $850b of assets! They are based out of their new state of the art offices in Newark, New Jersey.
  
As an organization, they are currently going through a technology “reboot” to change the way IT within the business is working. This involves a full shift to a product-based environment and a full Agile transition.
  
ROLE:
You will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic environment with very exciting changes on the horizon, with new senior leaders coming in. Ideally, you will have experience supporting senior leaders in building all new visualization and data analytics within various departments in Fixed Income. You will also have proven experience in building dynamic analytics report/dashboards for financial end-users.
  
YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Over 5 years’ experience of Tableau application development experience, including visualizations, report optimization and parameters.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in Fixed Income.
  • Experience across multiple BI platforms and data visualisation tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Recent exposure to ETL toolsets such as Alteryx.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with SQL (beyond queries).
  • Good experience with Python and/or R.
  • Good experience with performance tuning.
  • Expertise in multiple database platforms, such as, SQL Server and Oracle. As well as Cloud-Based Data Warehouses (Amazon Redshift & Snowflake).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
