About The Company:
Originally from Zurich, this client are in the process of setting up a branch in Berlin. They are currently looking for an experienced Frontend Developer, with experience on the backend as well to join their rapidly growing team. They are a relatively young company who have already grown to over 60 employees and have over 750 clients, making them one of the fasting growing businesses in Switzerland. They provide their clients with an intuitive SaaS platform, which enables them to manage their corporate fleets.
The Team:
You’ll be joining a collaborative and fun team. A mixture of experienced and junior engineers, all working on the same project. They have a real family feel and often have after work drinks, BBQ’s and trips, often liaising and collaborating with the team in Switzerland.
The Gig:
This is a full-time permanent role based in Berlin, Germany (remote first approach). You will be able to immerse yourself in a demanding and fun environment. You will lead, engage and grow your team of Product Managers, Product Designers and Product Marketing members, by providing them with the necessary context to understand their priorities and focus.
You will empower the team and balance tactical and strategic work.
Duties will include
- Deliver and contribute to outcomes, driving objectives and key results via the product.
- Be a key part of the cross-functional distributed product team.
- Make clear decisions and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
Qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in Product Management, within a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience of People Management.
- A solid understanding of the techniques and methods used within product delivery.
- Experience creating product roadmaps.
- Fluent in BOTH German and English (Spoken and written).
- Experience working in Fleet Management or Automotive industry.
- SaaS Experience
- History of working with Software Engineers.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer, before your became a Product Manager.
